使用方法（焊接式整機化學清洗）
1.對板換進行反沖洗：關閉進出水閥門，斷開進水口，打開出水口閥門，沖洗3-5分鐘去除不牢固的銹垢、粘泥等，也可使用康星粘泥剝離劑除銹渣與粘泥；
2.清洗液配制：對板換小循環清洗，1：5～15，對板換熱水側系統大循環清洗，按1：30～50；對板換冷水側系統大循環清洗，按1：100～150；
3.清洗時間：對板換小循環清洗半小時至1.5小時內完成，對板換大循環清洗不超過4小時(必須4小時內完成)；
4.廢液排除：在排除廢液以前，請用酸洗中和劑中和至pH值7-8，進行污水排放；
5.用清水徹底沖洗系統半小時左右，以去除所有殘留；
6.注滿清水后，定期加入緩蝕阻垢一體劑和微生物殺滅劑，以便保養系統。
備：在清洗板換后，用康星酸洗寧9號對板換進行保護防腐蝕對系統更安全可靠！
DIRECTIONS
1.Backwash the plate (close the inlet and outlet valves, then disconnect the inlet, and open the outlet valve, rinse for 3-5 minutes) to remove loose rust, sludge, etc. ChemClean's High-efficient Sludge Stripper is recommended during this process.
2. Working liquid preparation: 1:5-15 for small cycle cleaning of plate exchanger; 1:30-50, for large cycle cleaning of hot water side exchange system; 1:100-150, for large cycle cleaning of cold water side exchange system.
3. Cleaning time:0.5～1.5 hours, for small cycle cleaning of plate exchanger;
≤4 hours, for large cycle cleaning of plate exchanger;
4. Liquid waste discharge: please neutralize liquid waste with acid pickling neutralizer to pH 7-8 before discharging in order to meet the national discharge standard.
5. Rinse the system thoroughly with clean water for about half an hour to remove all residues.
6. After filling clean water, the corrosion and scale inhibitor and microbial killer should be added regularly to maintain the system.
Note: cooperating with corrosion inhibitor Pickling Guard 09 could be safer and more reliable when cleaning plate heat exchanger with Lime Dissolver "Plus".
